Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon from Wild For Salmon
Jenn and Steve Kurian spend their summer on fishing in Bristol Bay, Alaska for wild sockeye salmon. Most of their catch goes to a commercial fishery, but they bring some home to sell at farmers markets., to restaurants etc. Currently available:Wild For Salmon

Artisan Raw Milk Cheese from Welsh Mountain Farm
Welsh Mountain Farm is located in Narvon, PA, in the lush, rolling farmland of Lancaster County. Their small herd of Jersey cows are grass-fed, and receive a little grain at milking time. Cheese is only made during the spring, summer and fall when the green pasture gives the milk the rich creamy color so characteristic of milk from grass-fed cows.

These are both mild cheeses with a rich flavor, good all-purpose cheeses.

The garlic and chives go very well with the cheddar. Our favorite for crackers or for topping an omelette.
